Hey Mums,

My name is Martine Warmann and I’m a mum, a wife and a full time MumWarrior!

I’m an award winning personal trainer, a weight loss & fitness expert, a competing athlete in both Powerlifting and Bikini, I was on the hit TV show Ninja Warrior as well as Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch!

I have helped over 10,000 thousand mums lose weight, get fitter, tone up, get stronger and feel better and healthier too.

With over 11 years of experience in the fitness world, my mission is to help mums from all over the world lose weight, tone up, feel motivated, fitter, healthier and like they can achieve anything…because you can!

I want to show you your inner Warrior…because we all have one.

My Story

I knew when I was pregnant with my daughter that my life was going to change forever…and for the better, too! Prior to falling pregnant I was co-owner (with my brother) of a double award winning gym, I worked 16 hour days most days and competed in Powerlifiting. Life was full on to say the least!

But when I was pregnant ALL my priorities changed. I knew instantly I was going to change the way that I worked and the way that I trained too. I needed to find a way I could still work and still workout without having to leave my little princess and MumWarriors was born! I absolutely LOVE being a mum, she is my world, my rock, my everything and now I get to do what I love (helping mums get the results they deserve) WITH my little girl, my mini me!

Why MumWarrior

I created MumWarrior to empower mums, release their strength, their inner warrior, restore body confidence and to get awesome results. As a mum I understand the struggle with both time and energy so I know exactly how it feels when you want to lose weight, tone up and get results but you don’t have the time to go to the gym (and your exhausted too!).

The funny thing is this actually all started because of my blog. I documented and blogged about everything from my pregnancy, labour, the reality of being a new mum and of course my post pregnancy transformation and how I lost my baby weight within 12 weeks. I tried going to the gym but it just didn’t work with my hubby working away a lot and me breastfeeding on demand. (I couldn’t even get to my OWN gym!!) So I switched to home workouts and now all the programs I support other mums through are exactly what I did to lose weight. I believe in ‘practice what you preach’ and ‘lead by example’ which is why everything I do is tried and tested on me first. Basically…I know my programs work otherwise I wouldn’t be helping thousands of MumWarriors get results too! 😉
