As long as you keep logging in, doing the workouts, working on your diet, and following our tips along the way, you will get results. We believe in you and know you can do this.

Once you’ve joined our tribe, it’s totally your choice when you start. Though I suggest you get going as soon as you can!

Weekly progress/diet check ins are an optional service and are not mandatory. They are designed to keep you in check and on track every week and are an opportunity to ask Martine any questions whatsoever. It’s a valuable and complimentary service which you can choose to take part in or not.

Once you join our tribe, you will be provided with login details via email, which will give you access to Workouts, meal plans, tips, recipes, live workout classes, and more all within the MumWarrior Tribe members area for you to browse and access as you please. All you need to do is log in and choose your workouts.

Martine (and guest instructors) will work out with you at a scheduled set time. All you need to do is turn up, switch your device on and workout with her! Don’t worry if you miss it as all live workouts are recorded and made available in the members’ area shortly after.

All of our workouts are short and effective HIIT workouts designed to help you burn fat fast without the need for equipment, and that can be done anywhere. Modifications of exercises are provided as well, in order to make them more suitable for all fitness levels.

All of our workouts can be done from home without any equipment whatsoever. If you do want to use equipment however we can show you how too! We also have several programs where by you can use equipment if you choose however you can make your workouts effective by using stuff from around the house too!

No way! This is all you need. Our workouts can all be done from home or anywhere without the need for any equipment.

Absolutely. We don’t tie you into any contracts.

Our monthly rolling membership option is billed monthly recurring however you can cancel at any time, no questions asked by emailing info@mumwarrior.com.

All other membership options (one month pass, one year membership and our unlimited lifetime membership) is a one time payment meaning a payment is only taken ONCE, your details are not stored and there are no recurring payments set up.

Whether you join for just a month or for the year at then end your membership will simply expire unless you get in contact to purchase another month/year.

Lastly, should you choose our unlimited lifetime membership option, you pay once and have forever and lifetime access, never pay again and have access to unlimited content for life!

Yes! Martine doesn’t eat meat, so there are plenty of veggie/vegan recipes included.

After your six-week check up and only once have been cleared to exercise.

As long as you have been cleared to exercise by you Dr/Midwife, YES. Even then, you must always listen to your body and take things at your own pace. Everyone heals differently and at different rates.

ABSOLUTELY! Exercise does not diminish your milk supply as long as you stay hydrated and eat well.

Unfortunately not. Our programs are for post-pregnancy only.

Those with DR need to be particularly careful with the exercises they do. Not all workouts will be suitable. We are working on a program specifically for those with ab separation, but this is not yet available. However with direct support from Martine & her Team if you are unsure of exericses/workouts you can do Martine will be able to advise and guide you through what you can do.
